The rent for the apartment, as of September 2010, is 90,000 yen/month, but your rent will be 68,000 yen (plus an additional 5,000 yen/month per extra person living with you). We cover all key money and deposits (which if you've been in Japan before, you know is around 4 months rent and up.)

The apartments are all in one building, (the same building the school is located in) in a great location near the station, and are all spacious and clean.

Please keep in mind that rent is due in advance, so prepare to bring your first month's rent with you when you arrive. After that, it will be deducted, along with utilities, from your paycheck.
