【英語研修】
「学校で6年間学んだものの、実務で使う機会がなく話す自信がない」というビジネスパーソンは少なくありません。当学院では、まず現在のレベルを評価し、目標との差を分析した上で、成果につながる最適なカリキュラムをご提案します。
【英語以外の言語研修】
非英語圏の言語は、多くの方がゼロからのスタートです。当学院には、日本語人向けに開発された分かりやすい教材があります。すでに基礎力がある方も、現在のレベルから必要なゴールまで、段階的にしっかり伴走いたします。
We want you to acheive your goals, so we will work with you or your company to craft a program specifically suited to your needs.
For English education, even though most people studied English at school for six years, most have never had the chance to use what they've learned, and therefore lack the confidence to speak. We will evaluate your level, compare that to your target level, and prepare a curriculum to match.
For non-English languages, most learners will start at zero, and we have textbooks specifically tailored to Japanese learners. If the learner already has some ability in the target language, we will meet you where you are to get you where you need to be.

Generally these are private or small group classes focused on language acquisition through interaction. Classes are conversation focused with emphasis on success over perfection. -

海外での赴任や出張ですぐに役立つ「即戦力」を養うプログラムです。現地生活やビジネスの現場を乗り切るために、真に必要な最重要スキルを短期間で効率よく身につけられるよう構成されています。These courses are also known as "survival" courses as they are generally designed to give the learner the most essential tools needed to survive in an overseas environment.

【業界特化型の専門スキル対応】
エンジニアリング、医療、ホスピタリティなど、各業界の専門用語に対応したレッスンが可能です。過去には、日本の建設作業員向けに特化したオリジナル教材をゼロから制作・提供した実績もあり、専門性の高いニーズにも柔軟にお応えします。Special skills include targeted language for specific industries: engineering, medical, hospitality etc. We have in the past, for example, created a textbook specifically for Japanese construction workers.

【ご家族の海外赴任同行サポート】
社員様の海外赴任に伴い、ご家族が帯同されるケースも全面的にバックアップいたします。レッスンは、ご自宅への講師派遣、当学院、またはオンラインから、ライフスタイルに合わせて柔軟にお選びいただけます。You have just been assigned to an overseas post, but the family is joining too. We can help prepare them as well. Lessons can be held at their home, at Four Seasons, or online.

過去45年以上にわたる言語教育において、私たちはかなりの量のカリキュラム計画と膨大な授業計画を立ててきました。目的を起点として、そこから逆算して進めるのです。
Over the past 45+ years of language instruction we have done quite a bit of course planning, and a great deal of lesson planning. We start with a purpose and work back from there.

Once we have met with you, we will get to work preparing a plan that is realistic, affordable and tailored to your specific needs. If any changes are required once the course begins, we will do our best to accommodate.
