We are looking for smart, energetic instructors with experience. The majority of our lessons are in the evenings, but not all. Most lessons take place either at our school in Sunayama, or at our clients locations in various parts of Hamamatsu. Driving is important. Although our main business is language instruction, we do also offer translation and interpretation to our clients and to the community at large. In addition, we regularly contract employees out to various clients to work as liaison staff for either short-term (1 day), or long-term (up to 3 years) projects and contracts.
If any of these various types of work sounds interesting to you, please get in touch with us by clicking on the "Instructor Sign-up" link and filling out the short form.
If you'd rather, you can always email your resume, a short cover letter and a recent photo of yourself to us at personnel(a)fourseasons.co.jp
You could also go old-school and put all of the above into an envelope and send it to: Personnel,
Four Seasons Language School and Cultural Center
Quatre Saison 2M, 1091 Sunayama-cho, Naka-ku, Hamamatsu-shi
432-0926, Japan.

Four Seasons Language School and Cultural Center opened our doors in December of 1980 with one instructor. Founded by 4 (3 Japanese and 1 American) partners who shared the same dream of starting a school where the students didn't need to feel pressured or intimidated to buy more stuff, and where instructors could have freedom to inject their cultural background and individual personality into their lessons.

Over the years the personnel have changed, but the ideals have remained true. We currently teach twenty three different languages, with English being the most popular, followed by Japanese, Indonesian and Chinese, and we employ over 70 instructors to do so.
